As a Health Trust Adviser, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Health Trust clients by ensuring accurate billing, effective credit control, and smooth financial operations. You'll be part of a team that helps keep our services running efficiently, so we can continue to deliver outstanding care and support to our customers.

How you'll help us make health happen
In this role, you'll:
Manage a dedicated portfolio of Health Trust clients
Calculate benefit funds and associated fees, monitoring claims against balances
Produce accurate invoices in line with contractual agreements
Provide billing guidance to account managers and challenge inappropriate requests
Follow credit control processes to chase outstanding invoices
Monitor fund balances and investigate any issues
Reconcile daily bank receipts and ensure records match general ledger balances
Update financial and membership information on internal systems
Investigate and resolve customer account queries
Provide internal management information and support P11D requests
Handle correspondence from clients and internal teams
Log and resolve complaints, escalating where necessary
Use internal systems confidently and suggest process improvements
Maintain your own personal development plan and regulatory training
Key Skills/Qualifications needed for this role
Experience within a finance role (Financial Administrator, Accounts Assistant or Bookkeeping experience) would be beneficial
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
The ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers
A proactive, self-motivated approach with good judgement
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to work independently and prioritise your workload
A commitment to compliance and continuous learning
