Lead Product Designer

Salary range: Up to £65k DOE and location + 10% bonus + fantastic benefits
Full time: 37.5 hours per week

We're looking for a Lead Product Designer to help shape the future of digital health at Bupa. In this role, you'll lead a cross-functional squad and a small team of designers, driving both how the product works and how we discover what to build.
You'll be a strategic partner to product and engineering leadership, guiding product discovery, defining experience strategy, and ensuring design excellence-with the support of your Design Principal.
