Job Title: Onboarding Administrator
Contract: 3 Month Fixed Term Contract Full time, 37.5 hours
Location: Bupa Place, Salford Quays
Salary Banding: £25,000 - 26,500 DOE

About this role
We're expanding! As we prepare to open our new capability centre in India this October, we're looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Onboarding Administrator to support this exciting new project. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping customer experiences and making a meaningful impact.

This is a hands-on role where offline administration will be key and where precision, structure, and strong communication is needed.

How you'll help us make health happen:

• Issue accurate and compliant contracts of employment manually
• Send appropriate documentation to candidates
• Request and initiate the correct screening packages
• Monitor screening progress and escalate delays using agreed processes
• Maintain strong candidate relationships to ensure an outstanding onboarding experience
• Clearly communicate the onboarding journey and expectations to candidates
• Keep candidates informed throughout the process via email, phone, and other channels
• Calculate salaries and input data with high accuracy
• Maintain and update trackers to manage onboarding progress

Key Skills / Experience needed for this role:

• Previous administration experience in a volume transactional environment
• Exceptional attention to detail - accuracy is critical
• Confidence working with Excel trackers and manual data entry
• Experience in HR administration or onboarding is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills and a candidate-first mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of tasks
