Job Title: Onboarding Administrator
Contract: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract Full time, 37.5 hours
Hybrid working
Location: Bupa Place, Salford Quays
Salary Banding: £25,000 - 27,500 DOE

From issuing contracts to guiding candidates through pre-employment checks, you'll be the friendly face behind the scenes, ensuring every new colleague feels confident, informed, and excited to start their journey with us.
What You'll Be Doing
Delivering a smooth onboarding process for new starters and internal movers
Issuing accurate contracts and managing pre-employment screening
Building strong relationships with candidates and keeping them informed every step of the way
Collaborating with internal teams to meet SLAs and uphold quality standards
Escalating delays and resolving issues with care and professionalism
What You'll Bring
Proven admin experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
A customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills
Confidence managing stakeholders and juggling priorities
A proactive, organised approach with a keen eye for detail
