Job Title: People Change Manager
Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, Full time, 37.5 hours
Location: Salford Quays
Salary Banding: £52,000 - £57,000 plus fantastic benefits

Are you ready to lead impactful people change projects in a dynamic, forward thinking organisation? We're looking for a People Change Manager to join our People Transformation and Change team, where you'll play a key role in delivering strategic change initiatives across the Market Unit. From mergers and acquisitions to organisational redesign and integration, you'll manage complex projects that shape the future of our business-ensuring outcomes are delivered effectively, safely, and in line with our people values.
