Senior Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT)
Nationwide (Remote)
Salary: From £55,468 per annum (pro rata )
Permanent
Full time and part time hours available
Contracted hours: 40 hours a week based on full time (you will be required to work 1 Saturday a month and 1 late shift 12-8pm)
These roles will be hired on a remote working basis (to be discussed at interview)

Providing high-quality Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or low-level brief interventions which demonstrates excellent clinical outcomes. Working remotely, you will be a first point of clinical contact for people with potential mental health issues and concerns and you will provide a high quality, effective and safe mental wellbeing service across agreed sectors of care via MS Teams.
This role is fully remote but we will be providing adequate support to all applicants.
To deliver comprehensive assessments and formulations that drive evidence-based intervention. To ensure a thorough assessment determines the most appropriate pathway of care and support for the client.
To adhere to sessional limits depending on the client's monetary allowance as determined by their Private Medical Insurance, whilst working towards therapeutic recovery goals.

What are we looking for in our Senior CBT Therapist?
Holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT/High Intensity) which is BABCP accredited.
Full Accreditation with British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
At least 3 years' experience providing high intensity CBT interventions, working with clients of working age who have a range of presentations.
At least 6 months' experience providing high intensity CBT interventions with Corporate Bupa customers.
IT Skills including proficiency using Microsoft Systems as well as electronic medical record systems
Diverse and varied clinical experience to draw upon.
Ability to present to groups and deliver training workshops also preferred.
Experienced at Bupa including fully and/or consistently effective in role.
