At Bupa, our purpose is simple yet powerful: Helping people live longer, healthier, happier lives and making a better world. As a Senior Internal Audit Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting this mission by helping us improve how we manage risk and strengthen our internal controls. You'll be part of a dynamic, data-led team that provides independent assurance to senior leaders across Bupa's global businesses.

This is more than just an audit role. It's a chance to influence how we operate, drive meaningful change, and make a real impact on the health and wellbeing of our customers and colleagues. You'll work in a collaborative environment where your insights and ideas are valued, and where your development is supported every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Internal Audit Analyst, you'll:

  • Lead and deliver assurance work across Bupa's businesses, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Plan and execute audits, prepare reports, and present findings to senior stakeholders
  • Support the development of annual audit plans and provide advice to the business
  • Oversee analysts on individual audits, offering guidance and reviewing work
  • Embed data analytics into audit processes and use visuals to enhance reporting
  • Continuously seek ways to improve audit delivery and personal performance
  • Maintain confidentiality and produce high-quality outputs that meet professional standards

You'll be part of a team that's analytical, business-intelligent, and committed to making a difference.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who's curious, proactive, and passionate about making things better. You'll bring:

  • A recognised audit qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, PIIA, CMIIA or equivalent)
  • A strong academic background
  • Solid experience in internal audit, ideally within insurance or healthcare
  • Knowledge of risk management and audit principles
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Commercial awareness and a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A creative approach to problem-solving and a drive for continuous improvement

In this role you'll find plenty of scope to make a visible impact and progress your career.

Benefits

Our benefits are designed to make health happen for our people. Viva is our global wellbeing programme and includes all aspects of our health - from mental and physical, to financial, social and environmental wellbeing. We support flexible working and have a range of family-friendly benefits.
