Service Team Manager – Mental Health Team
Location: Remote (UK only)
Type: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £35,000 per annum + Fantastic benefits

Role Overview:
As a Service Team Manager, you will lead and support our Remote Mental Health service, ensuring high-quality, safe, and effective support for Bupa corporate customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management: Oversee a team of Remote Counsellors, Remote CBT Psychotherapists and Psychologists , fostering a supportive and motivating environment.
Leadership: Develop and coach front-line employees to deliver exceptional service.
Continuous Improvement: Review demand, understand customer needs, and implement process improvements.
Performance Management: Address performance issues promptly and fairly, ensuring development plans are followed.
Training: Mentor staff on new processes and systems, providing one-on-one training to ensure best practices.
Resource Optimization: Manage punctuality and absence to maximize available resources consistently.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Experience managing front-line employees in a customer-focused environment.
Experience managing teams within a Mental Health setting.
Strong product knowledge (internal).
Understanding of continuous improvement principles/QMS.
Customer-centric mindset.
Change management skills.
Excellent planning and time management abilities.
