We make health happen!

At Bupa, we're here to help people live longer, healthier, happier lives - and make a better world. With no shareholders, our customers are our focus. That means every decision we make is driven by care, not profit.

As a Talent Partner, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our business by attracting and engaging the best talent across our Group Functions. You'll use market insights and proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse pipelines and support succession planning. This is a brilliant opportunity to make a real impact in a purpose-led organisation that values inclusion, innovation and people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage high-calibre, diverse talent for roles across Group Functions, including our graduate programme.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines using a range of sourcing methods and market mapping.
  • Deliver market insight projects, including compensation trends and EVP attractiveness.
  • Support hiring managers with writing compelling job descriptions and job adverts.
  • Collaborate with the TA Attraction team to ensure campaigns reach the right audiences.
  • Manage internal moves and support succession planning with People Partners and Function Managers.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant data entry in recruitment systems, aligned with GDPR and governance standards.
  • Manage relationships with approved search firms when needed.
  • Partner with the Early Careers team to support graduate and placement student onboarding.
  • Champion inclusive recruitment practices that reflect our values and ambitions.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who's passionate about people and understands the power of great talent in driving business success. You'll bring:

  • Experience in a search firm or internal recruitment function, ideally with exposure to talent management.
  • Strong sourcing skills across digital platforms and social media.
  • A track record of managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, especially with senior managers.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity with confidence.

Benefits

Our benefits are designed to make health happen for our people. Viva is our global wellbeing programme and includes all aspects of our health - from mental and physical, to financial, social and environmental wellbeing. We support flexible working and have a range of family-friendly benefits.

Joining Bupa in this role you will receive the following benefits and more:

  • 25 days holiday, increasing through length of service, with the option to buy or sell
  • Enhanced pension and life insurance
  • Access to Bupa health insurance and dental plans
  • Discounts on Bupa services and partner products
  • Support for professional development and career growth

Why Bupa?

We encourage all of our people to "Be you at Bupa", we champion diversity, and we understand the importance of our people representing the communities and customers we serve. That's why we especially encourage applications from people with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
