Contract: Six Month Fixed Term Contract - Full-Time

Working in close partnership with the team, you will support the effective delivery of recruitment processes, ensuring consistency, discretion, and a positive experience throughout.

Key Responsibilities
Working side by side with the Executive Recruitment Partners to support in the co-ordination of recruitment processes
Interview scheduling and the preparation of interview and assessment materials
Helping create a welcoming, professional and positive experience for every candidate and hiring manager you interact with
Managing regular reporting and providing data analysis
Assisting Executive Recruiters with market mapping and identifying potential talent
Accountable for maintaining the team's operational documentation
Creating presentation material for stakeholder meetings
Preparation, drafting and posting of job adverts
Be the point of contact for the HR Onboarding team ensuring a smooth transition for new hires
Manage the procurement and PO process
Work in partnership with the Executive Recruitment Delivery Manager, Assessment Manager, and the wider Talent Team

We're looking for someone who thrives in a busy, fast‑moving role and can keep multiple plates spinning with confidence. You'll need to be able to work at pace, be highly organised, comfortable juggling shifting priorities, and be able to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
You'll enjoy being part of a collaborative team, bring positive energy, and take pride in doing great work to a high standard.
It's essential that you have:
Demonstrable experience in an administrative role within either HR or Recruitment
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint - you'll regularly need to whip up pivot tables and PowerPoint slides
Excellent organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines whilst staying on top of the detail
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
A helpful, positive, customer focused mindset
