Hybrid working

Salary from: £40,000 per annum (Dependent on experience)

As a Procurement Analyst, you'll play a key role in helping us do that. You'll support how we work with suppliers, making sure they meet our standards and that we manage risk in a simple, effective way.

You'll be part of our Procurement team, working with colleagues across the business. Together, you'll help us build strong, trusted supplier relationships that protect our customers and support better outcomes.

This is a great opportunity to grow your experience in procurement, risk and supplier assurance. You'll also help improve how we work, keeping our processes clear, practical and ready for the future.

How you'll help us make health happen.

  • Run the full supplier segmentation process, making sure suppliers are correctly classified

  • Keep records accurate and up to date and support in completing data requests

  • Support risk governance meetings and help keep things on track

  • Support the supplier due diligence process, including sending out questions and central tracking of outstanding issues.

  • Work with experts across the business to support our risk processes

  • Track progress and share simple, useful updates

  • Support the supplier assurance programme, including planning and tracking audits

  • Work with internal teams and external auditors to agree audit scope and timelines

  • Track audit progress, findings and actions

  • Summarise outcomes so others can understand what matters quickly

  • Support with risk and control reporting and updates

  • Help improve processes, templates and training materials

  • Support training for colleagues across Procurement

  • Help make sure we meet regulatory and internal standards

  • Spot risks in the supply chain and help manage them

Key skills/Qualifications needed for this role

  • Experience in a similar analyst role, ideally within risk, assurance or governance is required (please include details of your experience in your application)

  • An understanding of working in regulated environments, such as FCA guidelines

  • Confidence using Excel and similar tools to manage and analyse data

  • Good knowledge of supply chains and how risks are identified and managed

  • Able to analyse information and explain it in a clear, simple way

  • Well organised, with the ability to manage your own workload

  • Comfortable working with people across different teams and levels

  • A practical approach, with a focus on improving how things are done

  • A strong focus on delivering a good experience for customers and stakeholders
