Singapore

Contract (Temporary) – 12 Months

Full time (45 hours per week)

As a Service Partner Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Bupa Global's Service Partner (TPA) relationships and their providers in the region, ensuring effective operational processes to support cost containment activities. Additionally, you will coordinate and resolve queries across various stakeholders, including internal customers, brokers, TPAs, and providers.

How you'll help us make health happen:

  • Ensure all documents and contracts systems are maintained and updated
  • Manage current network list by producing monthly updates and share with the concerned departments
  • Manage reconciliation reports of providers, liaise with the relevant internal departments and Network Consultants
  • Provide and maintain Provider World accounts for network providers and service partners
  • Co-ordinate all operational activities of service partners and ensure efficiency and delivery of auditable savings
  • Manage and maintain effective working relationships with service partners in region and deliver effective cost containment solutions
  • Support the positioning of Bupa Global as the expert in the international healthcare arena

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

  • Diploma in Business Administration/ Bachelor's degree or above
  • Background in the global health insurance market, or relevant transferable skills and knowledge from other relatable services industries such as Life Insurance, Hospital or Clinic Management
  • Previous experience in TPA or Service Partners and/or Medical Provider Management at an Insurer or TPA is preferred, client facing within complex and multi skilled roles within a contact centre or medical operations setting can be considered
  • A track record of achieving and exceeding productivity and quality targets (e.g. Direct Settlement Savings, Benchmarking savings etc)
  • Highly customer focussed
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills are required with emphasis on achieving results and successful outcomes.
  • English Language ability is a must.
