As a Service Manager at Cromwell Hospital, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and growth of our managed Outpatient Clinics. These clinics cover a wide range of specialties, including Urgent Care Centre, Audiology, Lung, Sleep, Neurophysiology, Primary Care, and Specialist Outpatient clinics. Your leadership will ensure operational excellence, safe and effective clinical standards, and exceptional experiences for both patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Provide operational and strategic leadership to support the development and growth of Cromwell Hospital's managed Outpatient Clinics.
Oversee and manage contracts and services with key partners and third-party service providers.
Direct, coordinate, and support service delivery at the hospital, ensuring collaboration with delivery partners, particularly consultants.
Drive growth, safe and effective clinical standards of care and governance.
Lead the development and delivery of relevant strategies and service plans within Outpatient centres to align with the hospital's strategic objectives.
Build relationships with key stakeholders to support the delivery of Cromwell Hospital's overall strategy.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
Management experience in an Outpatient/Diagnostic Healthcare setting (essential).
Operational/Commercial background (essential).
Previous management training (essential).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
High level of work organisation, self-motivation, and drive for performance and improvement.
Strong sense of commitment to openness, honesty, and integrity in undertaking the role.
