12 month fixed term contract
£28,100 + Fantastic Benefits
Full Time, 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday across shifts between 07:00-18:00

We are seeking a dedicated individual to ensure all administrative and receptionist activities at our Bupa centre are executed efficiently and effectively. This role is vital in maintaining the smooth operation of our centre and plays a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service. You will be a key support network, ensuring that every interaction with our customers, both adults and children, is special and memorable. Your commitment to outstanding service will help create positive experiences for everyone who visits us.
You'll help us make health happen by:
Greeting and welcoming customers
Answering, screening and forwarding incoming customer queries via phone calls and proactively managing emails
Maintaining a well presented reception and waiting areas
Ensure all customers have the correct paperwork to support their visit
Ensure all customer details are correct, customers are arrived, appointments booked, changed, and rescheduled, where applicable
Collect post, open, date stamp, distribute, and post outgoing post
Working as part of a team
Ensure compliance with the business Quality Management System
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
Excellent communication (Written and Verbal)
Deliver an outstanding Customer Service
Well organised, reliable and proactive attitude
Knowledge of Medical Terminology (desirable)
