• Oversee the implementation of our mobile strategy and ensure consistent user experiences across platforms.
• Identify reusable user interactions and manage their lifecycle as part of a component library.
• Formalise the use of SDKs and front-end frameworks to ensure scalability, security, and interoperability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess feasibility, define roadmaps, and prioritise initiatives.
• Monitor emerging technologies and apply them to improve our digital offerings.
• Provide consultancy and quality assurance across architecture deliverables.
• Track progress, manage new work requests, and contribute to capability building within the architecture team.
What We're Looking For
• 10+ years of experience in mobile application development and architecture (iOS, Android, or cross-platform).
• Deep knowledge of cross-platform frameworks like React Native and Expo.
• Experience with Micro Frontend (MFE) approaches and modular architecture.
• Familiarity with tagging and analytics tools (e.g. Tealium, Firebase, Google Analytics, Amplitude).
• Understanding of A/B testing, CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps, and cloud-based architectures.
• Experience implementing policy-as-code and automation practices.
• Strong commercial acumen, with experience in costing, budgeting, and project estimating.
• At least 7 years as an architecture practitioner, including 3+ years in the healthcare industry.
• Experience working in a product-centric organisation and developing service roadmaps.
We're also looking for someone who:
• Thinks strategically and acts decisively
• Is customer-centric and future-focused
• Communicates clearly and collaborates effectively
• Brings energy, adaptability, and a problem-solving mindset
