As a Learning Experience Expert, you will work closely with the UK Insurance business, ensuring that their learning needs are met in a manner that aligns with the needs of their people, customers, and commercial objectives, both now and in the future. The role is also actively involved in the transformation of learning methodologies towards a digital first approach, including ‘Learning in the Flow of Work' and ‘Learning at the Point of Need'.
The role holder will support stakeholders and the wider learning community to deliver this transition, contributing to tangible business benefits and exceptional learning experiences. The Learning Experience Expert will be a key member of a diverse team of in-house Learning Experience Experts and Associates, supporting their development and the flexible allocation of resources. They will also contribute to large change projects and flagship initiatives, involved across the entire learning cycle from scope to evaluation.
How you'll help us make health happen:
• Support Business Areas: Collaborate with various business areas to understand and meet their learning needs effectively and efficiently.
• Resource Provision: Assist in providing high-quality resources that drive business outcomes across multiple business areas.
• Digital Learning: Support the transition from traditional course facilitation to digital resources, including influencing stakeholders and the learning community.
• Promote Learning: Provide exceptional learning experiences, including supporting the increase of ‘Learning in the Flow of Work' and ‘Learning at the Point of Need' to drive productivity achieve Bupa's goals through our People.
• Ensure Quality: Ensure that the learning provided aligns with the organisation's strategic objectives and maintains the highest quality standards.
• Manage Relationships: Assist in managing relationships with outsourced business areas and external L&D providers.
• Data Utilisation: Assist in leveraging data to evaluate the success of L&D initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to support strategic initiatives, combined with a pragmatic approach based on personal experience of delivering skills solutions in a fast-moving, operational environment.
• Learning and Development Experience: Practical experience of designing, delivering, and evaluating learning.
• Specialist Expertise: Specialist expertise in skills development programmes and adult learning.
• Stakeholder Management: Good relationship and stakeholder management skills at all levels, with the ability to support senior stakeholders and gain commitment to strategic change/new ways of working.
• Commercial and Analytical Mindset: Commercially aware with good data analytical skills, with the ability to support robust reporting for all programmes. Assist in developing evaluation frameworks and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of learning programs.
