Salary: £40,094 per annum, plus bonus and excellent benefits
Permanent - 40 hours per week predominantly Monday - Friday including occasional weekends

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Domiciliary Care Manager to lead our service and support both staff and clients to thrive at Richmond Village in Letcombe Regis.
The Domiciliary Care Service operates within the retirement village grounds meaning all of your clients are in the same place, so no travelling required.
The Role
As our Domiciliary Care Manager, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day running, compliance, and development of our Domiciliary care service. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organisational skills, a passion for care, and the ability to motivate and support a high‑performing care team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the safe and effective delivery of high‑quality domiciliary care services
Ensure the service meets CQC standards and regulatory requirements
Lead, mentor, and support care staff
Manage care plans, assessments, and client reviews
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and external agencies
Handle recruitment, training, and ongoing staff development
Ensure rotas are effectively managed to meet service demand
Drive continuous improvement across all aspects of the service
Manage budgets, resources, and performance indicators
About You
We are looking for someone who is both compassionate and commercially aware - a leader who can balance quality care with excellent service delivery.
Essential Requirements:
Previous experience in a domiciliary or community care management role
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance standards
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
A person‑centred approach to care and team development
Desirable:
NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management or equivalent (or working towards)
Experience managing a growing care service
Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
