Job Description:
Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Richmond Villages, 261 Crewe Road, CW5 6GX
Salary range: £35,586.86 per annum depending on experience.
Contract: 40 hrs per week
Shift Pattern: Mainly Monday to Friday 9-5pm, may require occasional weekend work and some on call.
Previous experience as Maintenance Supervisor in similar facilities management environment plus supporting occasional on call.

As our Maintenance Supervisor, you'll ensure that the necessary maintenance and repair tasks are completed to the highest standard and the Village remains fully functional at all times.

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
You have previous experience in a property or maintenance repair role and a good understanding of building services such as electrical distribution and plumbing. A Health and Safety or relevant building, electrical or plumbing qualification would be advantageous. With previous experience of planned maintenance systems and record keeping you have good IT skills and knowledge of statutory requirements. Friendly and approachable, you have excellent customer service skills and an ability to work well within a team.
Because we care for vulnerable people, we'll need you to complete a DBS check as part of the recruitment process. Bupa will cover the cost of this (£40).
