Our holiday entitlement ranges from 20 - 25 days per year (excluding bank holidays, typically 8 per year).
Your entitlement will be confirmed based on the role you are applying for.
Where it applies, through our inclusive bank holiday approach you may be able to swap up to a maximum of four bank/public holidays for other days of significance within the same annual leave period.
You may be able to buy or sell up to 5 days of your annual leave entitlement via our flexible holiday benefit. The amount of time we want to take off work each year can vary depending on what is going on in our life. Extra holiday may appeal for many reasons, or you may wish to use less than your full leave entitlement and exchange the unrequired amount for extra salary.
If you choose to buy holiday, the cost will be paid for in fixed monthly instalments by salary sacrifice (your take home pay must remain above National Minimum Wage).
