It’s an opportunity to develop skills while studying for a well recognised qualification or even a foundation degree – and you’ll earn money while doing it.

On all of our programmes you’ll learn from people in your team who have been there, seen it and done it. Together we’ll give you the skills that will set you off on the right foot for the rest of your career and help you make the choices that are right for you.

This is what it
involves.

We purposefully design our apprenticeship programmes to give our people the edge. We offer apprenticeships in our care homes, dental practices, across our corporate functions, our health clinics and in our call centres.

High quality training from our industry leading providers, and great prospects (our apprenticeship pass rates are consistently over 80%) are just some of the reasons to join. As well as access to healthcare advice, earning while you learn and progression across the five areas of our business. You can go on to do more training or use your apprenticeship to explore other career options.
