Clinical / Counselling Psychologist (HCPC Registered)

Location: Central London - Onsite at a large corporate client
Salary: £70,000 per annum (pro rata)
Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time
Working Days: Wednesday & Thursday (16 hours per week)
Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm (1-hour lunch break)
Caseload: Up to 5 patients per day

Join our dedicated mental health team and support employees of a leading corporate client by delivering high-quality, one-to-one clinical care. This onsite role places you at the heart of the organisation, where you'll be the first point of contact for individuals facing a range of mental health challenges.

You'll play a key role in promoting mental health awareness, facilitating referrals, and contributing to the client's overall wellbeing strategy.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions with measurable clinical outcomes.

  • Conducting thorough assessments to determine appropriate care pathways.

  • Offering ad-hoc wellbeing support and coaching when needed.

  • Providing one-off assessments and referral recommendations.

  • Facilitating group psychoeducation sessions and wellbeing workshops.

  • Supporting mental health awareness through presentations and training.

  • Working autonomously within Bupa's clinical governance framework.

  • Capturing and analysing wellbeing data to inform strategic recommendations.

What We're Looking For:

  • HCPC registration as a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist.

  • Chartered Clinical/Counselling Psychologist status.

  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (BPS accredited).

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in clinical/counselling psychology, including assessment, formulation, and treatment.

  • General adult mental health specialism experience.

  • Experience in private or corporate mental health services (essential).

  • Strong understanding of corporate environments and business culture.

  • Proven post-qualification clinical experience across diverse settings.

  • Experience in clinical management and delivering group training.

  • Up-to-date Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
