This is a highly autonomous, independent role where you'll be responsible for the assurance of operational resilience across Group Functions, focusing on the resilience of all Group Functions' operational teams (people, finance, corporate affairs, etc), including business processes, people, critical suppliers, properties, and technology.
The scope includes the planning and response to major operational incidents and corporate crises, with and without a technology component.
Additionally, this role is responsible for assuring the technical resilience of the technology services provided by Group Functions Technology.
The Group Functions Technology (GFT) team is an agile team and whilst this role will be focused on technical and operational resilience, it will also undertake activities in the wider governance, risk and compliance areas, giving great opportunity for diversity, learning, and progression.
