Step-by-Step Guide

Follow the steps below to log in and start sharing Bupa content with ease.

Step 1: Log into Sprout Advocacy

Link to platform: Sprout Advocacy

An email will be sent out to you via outlook with an invitation to register on Sprout Advocacy.

Use your Bupa email address and password.
If it’s your first time:
- Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your account.
- Check your inbox for a confirmation email and click the activation link.

Tip: Bookmark the Sprout Advocacy login page for quick access.

Step 2: Connect LinkedIn Profile

Connecting your LinkedIn profile makes sharing seamless.

How to do it:

Tip: Make sure you’re logged into your LinkedIn account before doing the below

In Sprout Advocacy, go to Settings
Click Connect LinkedIn.
Authorise Sprout Advocacy to access your LinkedIn account (you’ll see a pop-up).

Step 3: Browse Content

How to find posts:

Go to the My Feed section
You can filter by category (e.g. sustainability, employee wellbeing).

Tip: Check the pinned posts at the top of the feed for top posts to share.

Step 4: Share a Post

How to share:

Click Share on the post you like.
Choose LinkedIn
There is preapproved post copy but you can sometimes add a personal touch:
- Example: “Proud to be part of Bupa, making health happen every day.”
Click Post or Schedule. You can post immediately or schedule content for the future.

Tip: Posts with a short personal intro get more engagement.
