Here you will always be developing. We have training courses so you can gain further qualifications; not just in care, but in every area from nursing and catering, to administration and management. Apprenticeships aren’t just for people outside of Bupa. There are also various in-house initiatives which reward staff for their hard work right across the board.

Culture
and environment

A Richmond Village is an exclusive retirement community. Every resident is unique, which means our villages are too. Our dedicated teams organise events such as theatre trips, cruise ship days and sporting challenges. We also actively keep involved in local initiatives too such as community fairs and charity days.

Some of our villages have state-of-the-art Wellness Spas, beauty salons, gyms and sporting facilities and on site restaurants that offer private dining – it’s a brilliant environment to work in.
