At Bupa, our mission is clear: to help people live longer, healthier, happier lives and making a better world. We understand that health is not a one-size-fits-all concept. It’s a deeply personal journey, unique to each individual. This National Inclusion Week, we are delighted to showcase our ongoing efforts to create an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.

Challenging Stereotypes and Breaking Barriers

Through our partnership with ParalympicsGB, we aim to challenge health stereotypes and break down societal barriers.  Find out more here > Paralympic partnerships | Bupa Group

Creating an Inclusive and Accessible Environment

At Bupa, inclusivity and accessibility are at the heart of everything we do. We strive to create working environments where everyone feels valued and supported.

We want our people to be comfortable to bring their whole self to work, encouraging them to ‘Be You at Bupa'

Our Be You network and our new Accessibility Commitments are just a few examples of how we are working to remove barriers for people with disabilities and accessibility needs.

We're also thankful to be a member of the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower initiative, allowing individuals to voluntarily share they have a non-visible disability or condition, fostering a more understanding and supportive workplace.

Our commitment to disability, accessibility, and inclusion is a daily focus. We encourage everyone at Bupa to adopt an inclusive mindset, ensuring that our workplace is welcoming to all.
