With 24 years under his belt as a Doctor and the last 8 years spent as a GP he has tried & tested the ingredients and they come with his personal recommendation.
The first ingredient is Exercise. Doing 30 minutes of anything that gets your heart rate up or that makes you sweaty five times a week gets a thumbs up.
