6 years ago, Julie began working at Bupa as a Care Assistant and hasn’t looked back since! Here, Julie talks about how she was supported to progress, how she supports her team and what’s it really like working in a specialist dementia care home.

From newly qualified Registered Nurse to Clinical Deputy Manager – after finishing her Nursing degree at university, Jessica joined the team at Lindley Grange Care Home and has since progressed through various roles.
