We’re thrilled to celebrate the achievements of our people who have been recognised at this year’s UK National Contact Centre Awards — one of the most respected and rigorous award programmes in the industry.

These awards set the benchmark for excellence across contact centres, with nominees assessed by experienced industry leaders. Each entry goes through a detailed judging process, including interviews, panel assessments and site visits, ensuring that every recognition reflects real impact, performance and care.

Our highlights: 

  • Gold – Contact Centre Excellence 
    Awarded to the highest-performing accredited contact centre, recognising outstanding results across customer experience, colleague culture and overall performance.

  • Silver – Alex Green, Significant Contributor
    This award recognises individuals who have made a major impact beyond their day-to-day role. Alex, now a Analytics Engineer, has been instrumental in building our rapid response data tracker — improving insight, coaching and support for our frontline teams.

  • Silver – Janneke Flynn-Gordon, Team Manager of the Year
    This category celebrates exceptional frontline leaders. Janneke has delivered strong results while consistently supporting and developing her team and peers.

  • Finalist – Savannah Rising, Best Talent Growth Programme
    Recognising organisations that invest in developing their people. Our programme creates clear pathways into leadership, with over 40% of participants moving into leadership roles within 12 months.

  • Finalist – Mental Health Team, Specialist Team of the Year
    This award highlights expert teams supporting customers with complex needs. Our Mental Health team provides compassionate, specialist support to customers at their most vulnerable.

  • Finalist – Angelique Sweeney, Contact Centre Leader of the Year
    Recognising senior leaders who create high-performing teams and positive cultures, while delivering exceptional operational results.
