Mental Health

Bupa GP, Khurram Akhter has the recipe for great mental health. ​

With 24 years under his belt as a Doctor and the last 8 years spent as a GP he has tried & tested the ingredients and they come with his personal recommendation.​

The first ingredient is Exercise. Doing 30 minutes of anything that gets your heart rate up or that makes you sweaty five times a week gets a thumbs up.
